A training environment free from discrimination, harassment, and exploitation
Appropriate physical, emotional, and professional boundaries between instructors and students
Clear communication about training expectations, fees, and advancement criteria
A culture that encourages questions, feedback, and respectful dialogue
Speaking Up
Students and parents are encouraged to raise concerns without fear of retaliation. Concerns may be brought to school leadership when appropriate, or to the WWMAA Ethics Committee for guidance and review.
